SLO #2

Content Management
This project demonstrates content management by organizing a large amount of digital and textual information, research data, interviews, statistics, and narrative, into a coherent, well‑structured essay. I applied principles of information organization by using clear section headings and purposeful sequencing, helping readers move smoothly from context and data to personal stories and analysis. The integration of research sources with narrative reflects an understanding of how information is curated and presented effectively.

Written Communication
The essay shows strong written communication through a clear, readable narrative that is respectful and appropriate for a broad audience. I paid close attention to tone, avoiding judgmental or stereotypical language, and instead using empathetic, human‑centered wording. Careful editing helped reduce errors and maintain clarity while balancing academic credibility with accessible storytelling.

Organizational Design
This project reflects organizational design using both primary sources (personal outreach experiences and interviews) and secondary sources (reports, city data, and academic research). I developed focused research questions around the causes and impacts of homelessness and followed consistent research practices to support my claims. Organizing evidence alongside lived experience allowed the content to be purposeful, credible, and relevant to the research goals.
